POT-LUCK SUPPER – For those who would like to join in, there will be a pot-luck supper in the campground area between 5:30/6:00 p.m.  Bring your special dish/lawn chairs and join us for some good food and mingling with your fellow detectorists.

Hunt Rules

 

 

 

1.      Check your equipment before the Hunt.

 

2.      Everyone on the Hunt Field must be registered and wearing their name badges.

 

3.      Everyone must stay off the Hunt Fields where posted.

 

4.      During the hunts there should be no one on the Hunt Fields without detectors except for Officials.

 

5.      Anyone caught on the Hunt Fields between Hunts will automatically be disqualified.

 

6.      Everyone must wear headphones.

 

7.      Everyone must wear an apron or basket.

 

8.      Baskets must be worn on the hip or leg.

 

9.      Sand scoops to be used in the hunts.

 

10.    All holes must be filled, “NO EXCEPTIONS”.

 

11.    All trash must be deposited in a proper container.

 

12.    All tokens must be redeemed after each hunt.

 

13.    In the case where tokens are not found, there will be a draw for all unclaimed prizes.

Contestants will hand in their name badges for such draws however winners must be present to accept prizes from the draw.

 

14.    No dropping of pennies or other metal objects onto the hunt fields at any time.
